Always start with the basics air, fuel and spark.
Check for a clogged air filter/inlet tract, mak esure no critters are living in there Does the fuel pump hum when the key is turned? If not try rapping on the tank owth a mallet while a friend turn the car over. If it does hum check for fuel at the rail ideally with a cheap gauge. If the above checks out pull a plug wire hold it up to anything metal and have a friend turn the car over look for spark. Let us know how you make out!

I was watching an "older" hot rod thing on TV and it was said that mice like to use the cylindars for nests, so if you leave the car for long periods of time outside to put steel wool in the tail pipes. Helps to deter them from going in the engine. Also, in turbo4bangers situation, mice inside the car. My girlfriend mentioned they hate the smell of cineimen, but not sure, maybe he will post if he did it and see if it worked for him. |

unless the car was hit it wont be the inertia switch. but you can tell if it was tripped if the botton is sticking out.
sounds like a fuel pump to me.

hun the switch in the truck is called your inertia Switch. Most commonly only found in fords. when the car is in a accident, it cuts off the fuel to the engine to prevent a fire. if the car was hit during the time it sat... the car would not start..if it turns over and doesnt stay running, could be fuel pump or even your injectors. or even check your fuel filter. what you can do is pull off your fuel filter, to see if your getting fuel up to that point...LOL make sure u let the pressure out of the line first. you can do that by removing the tank cap. check those out and get back to me please, adn i'll see how else i can help you.
