Dyno Results

Brett from SAS in NB is in town this week to work on some local cars and I had my turn on the dyno this morning. He fixed a high rpm lean issue, and when all was said and done got the following results:

91 Octane, 11.5 AFR, 488.6hp and 493.4tq with mods in sig. Note too this is a DynoDynamics machine and so the "numbers" are a bit lower that you would expect to see than on a Dynojet.

P.S. the car was making 12.5lbs of boost with the Steeda 2.7 pulley.

There's nothing wrong with those numbers Bill.

Figuratively speaking, there aren't many other cars on the road that can boast about numbers like that.

Very nice.

I don't have any video of mine on the dyno other than the one's that are on Western Motorsports webpage here's a link:

Western Motorsports GT500 Fever

The first video is with all my mods.

The second video is in stock form which set my baseline.

The third...just having a little fun.

The graph is not from my car but rather from Albert's car. He was on the dyno just before me. He has a Torch Red with White Stripes which is why he made 6hp less than me. LOL. Actually I added the X pipe and he did not which is why I dynoed at 474hp and his at 468hp.

Thanks for the link John, hadn't seen that page before! The third vid is pretty well the same way I left the shop grounds too LOL!

P.S. didn't realize those damn "white" stripes were costing me hp either!

We still need him for awhile yet, he's been punching some very late evenings and long days though for sure!

Again very pleased with Brett's visit, he's very particular and obviously puts a lot of pride into his work.

Oh yea, ask him about his first meeting with a member of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary LOL!

Some pics from the last couple days...
