Similar sites to yours will not allow people that are users less than 30 days or XX posts to post in the classified sections, this is just a thought to avoid people signing up just to post up stuff for sale.
Bandwidth may not be a concern now, but in the future you may want to avoid overloading with people that only want to post in the classifieds

good suggestion, but one of the goals for the site was for it to be just as much of a classifieds destination as forums/community... I don't have a problem with people only using the site for buying/selling parts if that's what they want to do.
