Nice pics klaw! What's up with the prop rod on that yellow S197 ? Guy shoulda threw down the cash for some gas hood struts- would have looked a little cleaner I think....

There was a fairly stiff gusty breeze from the west and we were parked facing east. The wind was playing havoc with the gas hood struts. With the stock hood, my CDC struts were OK but some of the cars with heavier aftermarket hoods had to improvise props. I'll be buying or fabbing a strut prop lock over the winter.

Hi all,

I had 5,000 of them made (Ok I had 5,050 made but kept 50 for myself) and shipped them to 'shakes'. I know that shakes is very busy with his work right now, so he never got a chance to post them on the site for sale. I kept a few for myself (I have 4) and gave to rest of them away, so I'm out of them.

Send shakes a PM and maybe when he has a moment he can send you some.

I've got a few more but I shot those in RAW so need to convert them before uploading. My old PC at home is slow at the conversion. I've posted other pics to a Drags thread and also a Cars in Motion thread. I'm also saving a few for potential MOTM submissions. Maybe by the weekend I'll get the rest posted.

There must be a few other MC'ers that attended that took some pics. Is there any video floating around other than the youtube one?
