I find nothing wrong with the setup, other than he is missing his wiring hookup. I don't think he is finished either, since its a firth wheel you can't use an equalizer hitch, I'm thinking he is working on the counterweight to hang off of the front bumper...or going to put larger tires on the front...hard to say...

I seen the equal, yet better to that here in Edmonton once. Someone had back-halved a Geo Metro into a sort of El-Camino Rag top and had that same hitch on a rear deck built on plywood. The guy driving it was so haggard it look like Santa Claus had spent the summer in Thailand on hookers and blow.
