I'm curious - If ford had never given us the mustang what would all of us mustang enthusiast be driving right now in the same price range?
Import "tuner" car F-body mullet chariot Classic car owner 4x4 trucks I think i'd probably be a DSM guy (Diamond Star Motors, ie: the talon and eclipse and laser). Cheap to mod, very fast and quite good looking. What would you do?

If I was buying new i'd have to agree on the mazda speed 3... I bought a protege5 when they first were out in 2001 and I loved it. Handled like a dream but was gutless.
