Saskatoon International Raceway not opening

SIR is going through with making cement launch pads this year so the track isn't opening until probably July/August the earliest. It pisses me off because I work long shifts the whole winter and working on my car everyday I can to get the car done for may and the track doesnt open. Now i have to pay extra for exhaust and radial tires so I can at least drive on the street (before had open headers and slicks) I'm still 16 and have other things to spend my money on also!!

Just wondering where you got your info as their website makes no mention of anything saskatchewan International Raceway

yep i was down at the vogt bros last week, and they said the same thing.. i dont care tho as a paved return lane and concrete launch pads have been LOOOOONG overdue at sir.. it will be nice to see it this summer

They have an update on their website.It says they plan to be open May 30.
