restoration projects

how about a thread for all the project cars out there ? sitting ina field in a barn where ever, snap a pic and throw a few words under it if you'd like I'll start.
this one has been sitting for as long as I can remember , I talked with the owner a few years back and he said he and his son are planning to restore it. He's a retired body man so they probably will, it's in rough shape now but with a little imagiation ...

go for it!! that's what I was hoping when I started this thread.. maybe some one will find a future project of their own as a result after all one person's trash is another's treasure.

If you have the money for good quality sheet metal and the time anything is possible. Im in the middle of restoring my brother inlaws 70 Fastback. It wasnt too bad and he did the right thing by getting good parts. 250 hours into the car so far. Just has to be blocked out for the last time,painted {grabber blue} and the joy of reassembly after being all apart for 2 years.lol It all pays off when its done and you go for the first ride.

Next time I'm back in Kamloops I'm taking the camera and hitting up the GNM Trailer park on the Rez! Lots of 70's camaros with tires that stick out 8" (front and back!) and are sunk to the frame into the mud.
