Repost: Dyno Day @ Tapp Auto...

I already mentioned this in the Ontario sub-forum, and just put the info up in the 05+ section, but I figured I'd try and garner more interest by posting up on here too.

Basically, there are members of Focuscanada.net trying to set up a group meet/g2g, and have a group dyno day at Tapp Auto in Ottawa. I have already spoken to some of the people, and they would like it if we could get some Stang owners to show up too. Have a joint MC/FC meet for eastern Ontario. Details? Well, they are aiming for Sat September 8th, starting in the morning. If 10 vehicles or more total show up, Tapp will let us have the shop all to ourselves. $80 will get you 3 runs/pulls and a printout. You can baseline your car, or simply "run what you brung". Besides doing the dyno thing, there might be a cruise and find somewhere to do a mini photoshoot of the cars, and perhaps do something else, weather and time permitting...

Update.....

Still Sat Sept 8th, starting in the AM. Cost is now $65+ taxes, normally it would be $80+ taxes. The option of AEM wideband tuning might be available, time permitting...Still get 3x pulls and a printout. Apparently these guys are the real deal , as they turn away Honduh's and other "tuner" cars...lol

Oh yeah, they also need 2 weeks notice, so that would mean a tally of who wants to go by August 25th, so I need returns on this soon!

Oh, and before I forget, this isn't just for people in Eastern Ontario either....those of you from Western Quebec are more than welcome to come!
