I own a 2003 Mach1. I bought the car new ordered from the factory through Fairisle Ford here in Charlottetown. It was the only Mach1 allocated to this dealer. I just put the Mach1 away for the winter having just turned 11,000 km. I don't take the car out in the rain and it gets most of its driving on fine weekends and to a few car shows in the Maritime area. This past spring before taking the Mach1 out of winter storage I removed all four wheels for the first time. I removed the calipers and rotors and cleaned any surface oxidization present and then painted all unpainted steel parts with POR-15. The same was done with the differential housing and all factory markings were painted back on with the proper colors. When all work was done I rubbed everything down with Krown including the whole underside of the floor. I will post some photos later.
I just recently retired and will now have more time to spend on the Mach keeping it looking like factory new. Between now and next spring I hope to remove the trunk coverings inside and apply some Krown to the inner fender wells and any other nooks and crannies I can get at. I will also do the same to both doors. After all this work it should only take TLC and progressive maintenance to keep the Mach1 looking like new!

Welcome Al and enjoy your retirement! Five years to go for me. Love that colour and love that car. 03/04 Mach 1 is still my favourite Mustang after the 03/04 Cobra.
