65 restoration

Hi to all - I am in a bit of spot - hubby is restoring a 65 stang and they need info on locations of where exact location of antenna on right fender, mirror on left door, the 289 emblem on fenders at front, horse emblem and mustang emblems at rear of front fenders - if anyone out there knows these locations would be muchly appreciated - would hate for 3 + years of work look dumb with these last things in the wrong place - Thanks

no pics yet - but just got back from getting new exhaust and headers put on my 05 stang - sounds like a real muscle car now

Welcome to the site. The best place I found for emblems are ebay (great for small things that are cheap to ship)

Aswell as Canaduam Mustang seems to have a good selection of emblems, but can be more expensive.

When my car is done there will be no emblems because I perfer the cleaner look. Good luck

Thanks for the reply - I have all the emblems I just need to know where they go on the car - the exact locations - you know like 6" from the front fender or what it is - these guys are very particular - they want this baby to look right off the line - thanks for any help out there.

Sorry I cannot help you with the location for the badges. Personally am still pining for a '68 FB or a '69 - '70 Mach 1 myself.
