Hi, I was hoping someone could help me out. In the summer of 2004 I agreed to purchase some aluminum Edelbrock heads from a person in Winnipeg who had an ad posted on the Corral website. I sent a $1000 cheque and allowed it to clear and then got sent a false tracking number and nothing else. Before anyone tells me how stupid I was, I already know that. The mistake I made was thinking because it was someone in Canada if I got ripped off he would be charged with fraud. To make a long story short the authories don't care. I chased him relentlessly and he started to repay the money but after paying $200 he disappeared. I am taking him to civil court but in order to serve him the papers I need to find him. I can do it without finding him but is time consuming and more money. This is where I am asking for help. If anyone knows his whereabouts I would appreciate the information.

I was google ing my address today and ray cook ray cook spam came up lol. I still get their mail actually my boyfriends grandma rents the place to us, and previously to them, and I am pretty sure I heard once my neighbour is ray cooks girlfriend jen's aunt... also heard they are not good people, this site and many others has confirmed that. i feel bad karma will kick em in the butt im sure...anyways %100 sur they're still in winnipeg
