Is it just me or did it look liek they were pushing the mustang WAY harder in the twisties??
Be curious to see when they drive and evaluate properly. Hehe, the challenger didn't even spin the tires...

I was thinking the same thing myself. Not to mension the back end was all over the place as well. The independent suspension on the Chalenger and Camaro held those cars to the road in the twisties but it did not seem that they pushed them as hard as the mustang.

Damn that V6 smoked 'em nice.
The review was quite blatantly slanted toward the Mustang...totally agree with you fellows on the statement that it was pushed harder than either of the other two. More drift and tire wail through the corners and seemed to be thrown around a lot more - how much of that is due to the suspension setups, I'm not 100%. |

Its clear who the choice of the various automotive journalists is. Provided the 2011 GT maintains the same driving characteristics, it should blow the SRT-8 and SS out of the water across the board more or less. So it could be blatantly slanted in this case, but I think thats the general consensus anyway.

Didn't mean to imply that was a bad thing, if that's the way it came across. Personal bias plays into any sort of reporting, and if the journalists are leaning more towards the Mustang, that just gives credibility to a strong product. Hmmm.....they never mentioned whether or not the rear diff was painted.

Meh, about head to head comparisons, there is always a slant or bias. However the Mustang on it's own looked pretty fun, and that's a first for a V6 in that sort of scenario.
