Anyone get their taurus fan for a decent price? Wreckers want $80 plus 15$ EACH for the female and male plug. I dunno what they think they are made of but...i hate these knobs and refuse to give them business. I might just run my pulley fan and take the car for a trip to chilliwack and have a look at pick a part...havent ever been there yet i'd like to check it out anyways.

I got mine at pick-a-part for $30.00. Take all the plugs you need, they don't care. I'd go there for it.

ya $80 for that fan is ridiculous, like Fxst I got one from a pick-n-pull a while ago for that same price if I remember correctly and just sold it for $60 I believe with harness, fan controller, and 70 amp relay all wired up and ready to go.

Heh heh.....can't judge a thread from it's title!!! Here I was thinking how odd it was for somebody to come on MC and say how much they love thier Taurus....I'm thinking...four door or wagon? What the hell...why not?
Then of course, I find out what the REST of the story was.....surely I can't be the ONLY one who thought that? Only one to admit it? Got a laugh anyway....thanks Savier, sorry to interrupt....carry on. Hope you find it for a decent price! Last edited by GT4MT : 06-03-2008 at 2:36 PM. |

Next time I go to pick a part I'll pick up a fan if they have any. They are a little hard to find. When I got mine there was probably 10-15 taurus's and I got the only 6 cyl fan they had. If you have one by then, no big deal, I'm sure someone else will take it for 30 bucks.
