There are 3 that I know of. One is the SVTOA of Alberta. Dedicated to the SVT product and a great club to belong to. I am the assistant director of that one. Two is the wolfpack car club. They are a decent group of guys more into the late model cars, drag racing, and very much into large doses of horsepower. The third is the EMOA which is the Edmonton Mustang Association of Alberta. The people who bring you the International Mustang Meets that you have no doubtedly heard of. A great group of guys but lean more towards the early model cars and specialty stuff. All three are great clubs with great people. All three also have websites so search away.
