PICS from the Shaun Stewart Memorial Car Show

A few pics from the show. We were able to get up on the roof of an adjacent business that for liability reasons shall remain nameless (thanks Ms. Manager!)

I believe that the cars in this row were from the Wolf Pack Car Club and the Stang Pony Club - someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Another row of fine rides. Matthew's red vert is second from the top. Notice the thorn amongst the roses! Who let that in?

Two entries by Stang Motorsports.

VB Vert - Stang Motorsports - OK so I'm biased!

PJ Saleen

Sweet coupe. Not feeling the love for the spinners though!

Oh yah!

My VB Blown GT.

I'd like to be lined up with that SS somewhere with nothing but a long stretch of open pavement ahead.

Awesome day!

Nice pics klaw! Great opportunity with those shots from the roof..cool. Looks like I may have to break down and get that CDC lightbar I've been thinking about-doesn't look like any of the 'verts didn't have at least one version of it installed!!

Thought the blue 'Stang Motorsports entry was interesting for a couple of reasons- noticed the swap of the mirrors to the painted retro style first. Have to admit I'm warming up a bit to the look of them...I'd be curious to see how much of a pain in the ass they are to install.
Also noticed the targa top/hard tonneau covers on it......interesting. Nice touch to see them not only painted the body color, but striped as well.

And how about the Parnelli Jones Saleen thrown in for good measure....looks like a great day all around. Glad to hear things went well!

I'm going to the painted retro mirrors myself. My stockers are painted but I just can't get used to how big they are. I've seen a couple install threads on other sites and it doesn't look too tough.

Unfortunately i could not show my bird as the shifter cable broke late friday and i could not get a replacement in time. I did pop by and checked out the beautiful cars and met a few people. The weather was awesome and so were the people and the cars. Great show!

Got any pics of the bird? I'm working on a '95. I have a nearly new '07 4.6 3V that I bought to swap in.

Sure here are some pics, i did post some of the engine before in the show and detailing section. I gather you know of the tccoa, loads of tech on there and i believe someone has done the 3 valve swap on the site. My swap was a bit involved but yours is going to be a challenge.

Don't mind the glove box and the lower dash below the steering wheel, i have to pull the pcm after i data log to get the chip reburned so i haven't installed the trim back yet.

Nice! I've been through most of the stuff on tccoa and have been talking with supercouperformance about parts. Need to get started on the project now that I have my mustang to an acceptable level.

Haha,
acceptable level! Its great having high standards! Your car is very nice.....
I decided to build this car before my vert and tried to do it on a budget, but it was impossible to do, so i didn't paint it or buy nice wheels, yet. I know a guy who parts out super coupes and xr-7's, he has almost everything, like sc ground effects, interior and body parts, ect..
I just got the car on the road and have a few bugs to work out yet but nothing major.
Are you going to post pics of your build somewhere? There is a canadian super coupe forum, SuperCoupe Club of Western Canada
It is kind of a small site run out of vancouver but it is a place to show your build. Good luck and i really would like to see it progress.
Mark...

Will do. Are you planning a 4.5" bolt pattern swap?

If i can get a decent deal on some nice 4.25 wheels i won't bother, a brake upgrade would be nice though.

Anyone else got any pics of the show? I wasn't the only person there with a camera.

Also, on the way back to Calgary I came across a sweet black 05+ southbound. We convoyed for a bit - you turned off at Airdrie I think. Was that anyone on here?
