I like the black engine bay, should set off that stroker nicely. Almost there, we'll get some cruises in yet this year.

thanks guys, took me 1hr to remove all the companants, 4 hrs to sand it all down, then another 1.5 hrs to paint. Im very happy with the job I did. It cost me just over 50bucks for all the supplies plus paint. The bodyshop where I had the car painted wanted over 600 to do it for me.
I used a degreaser called marine clean(works awsome), then I sanded it down with 3m scuff pads, had to break out the mini grinder in some locations to get the corrosion off, blew all the dust off, made sure I taped it up good as not to ruin my 7k paintjob , then I did lots of thin coats using Rondex trim paint. All my supplies were bought at Rondex. They were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. |

looks killer...
ditch the fram filter that'll come with it. Why dont they recommend syntheic oil? Im gunna assume the 430hp is flywheel? 7k into paint, 4k into a motor....why didnt u go ahead and spend the extra 2 grand on a dart block they offer!? lol |
