But the reason I just bought a predator is the support from Diablosport. Their forum is excellent, and they'll go out of their way to help you. SCT shut down their forum and I've heard their support isn't that good.

Not all SCT tuners or Preds are created equal. Depending on what model or what revision or what car you have, features are all different. Both do the exact same thing for custom tuning, its all just what changes your tuner makes. So again, as J-Roc said, use what ever tuner your tuner has software for.
