![]() It looks interesting and the HP numbers they are claiming with low boost definitley sounds nice.....but IMO, too plasticy looking and looks too much like the Corvette LS1. Check out this link; Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger for the Ford Mustang - Ford Mustang | StangNet.com Hey Barb.....have a look for this at SEMA. |

I think Eaton is REALLY on to something here with this new TVS series of superchargers. Gotta be pretty similar in price and functions as the new Roush TVS kit, seeing how they're both using this new blower.
That's some serious power on 5 psi! What are the chances it's tuned for 91 octane?? Slim I think.. |

Never fails to amaze me how much I see the factory airbox kicking around on different set-ups. Man, that thing is so bulky and just plain fugly IMHO.....not to mention restrictive, it would be one of the first things I would change. (Come to think of it.....it was!!!) The actual air intake on the bottem of the factory airbox is tiny....

True GT4MT, but! I do know at least with the Roush kit that there are air box mods in the instructions... lol... So you actually take that little snout right off and there might be some additional cutting involved etc etc.
But I do agree, what's with keeping it?! Regardless of how you can open up the stock box... A nice beefy open filter works better AND looks cooler, and there's always a few extra points for cool! |

But....again, an aftermarket CAI always looks better. |

+1 on most of the comments. I like the performance characteristics of the Eaton TVS but the packaging and CAI take the car in the opposite direction to the look I like. At last week's Home Depot show, I was talking to a guy that showed up in a brand new black Challenger - his engine bay had the same shrouded plastic look to it. His plan was to "tear all that shit out of there".

Wow that transforms the engine bay.
466hp on 5psi? ? how? 110 octane? hahaMy kit made 452rwhp on 10psi...wait a minute, they never said RWHP!!!!! I think it makes it look sleeper, almost like the Saleen. I like that, but I also like to see a big blower on top of there when you pop the hood, makes everyone say "HOLY SH!T!!!" |

My take on it is that it does give the engine bay a pretty clean look. It might not be such a bad thing especially if you do a lot of shows. Some folks may prefer the 'clean' look under the hood.
