Hey, could the reason they're not working maybe be an extra fuse I never needed before? Just trying to figure out why the headlights would work and not the stupid fog lights.

Might have an answer for you on the extra plug Ashley....I think it's for the hood limit switch. The on board diagnostics on the center console run through a self check sequence (when selected) checking parameters throughout the car (doors closed, oil pressure etc). I'm guessing the Batmobile doesn't have this option, but is likely wired for it. Here's how it looks on mine:

Not the best pics, but I just ran out to the garage......as far as the foglights go, I got nothin'!!! Hope that helps! Mike

Ah, mine has the diagnosis run through option, but not that little rubber hood stop above that clip.. Must've changed it between our years. Thank you so much for looking I don't have a fuse in the foglight fuse, so I swapped the decklid one over into it, and nothing happened.

I just got this email from the company I bought them off of on Ebay, should be getting a letter from them from Ford soon. I've already added the fuse and mini relay, so I hope the diagram has something else in it?

Mis. or Mrs. Tatton,

second email.

Mr. Venuto-

I was finally able to get a hold of a base Mustang without fog lamps last week. You see, the problem is that all of our Mustangs have modifications on them, which include several different style fog light kits.
Anyway, I spent a few minutes one afternoon examining the fog lamp wiring for you and found that the wire harness to the master light switch should be the same regardless of whether the vehicle is equipped with fog lamps. The connector is wired exactly the same with and w/o the fog lamp option. So, even if you don't have fog lamps from the factory, you will still see wires coming out of pins 3 and 6; they just lead to nowhere inside the switch.

However, what will be missing is the fog lamp relay and fuse in the power distribution box, which is located under the hood on the passenger side of the car, near the battery. Your customer needs to add those two items to complete the circuit. I've attached a PDF with red ovals that highlight the details.

The customer will also need to upgrade the master light switch to one that will operate fog lamps, but I think you mentioned that he already has this.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

We cann't get it copyed to email to you we are mailing it
today sorry.

i know this is not the fix you want, but have you tried providing direct power to the foglights themselves to insure they actually work?

Other than trying little ways to get them going, I haven't hooked them up to direct power yet, I'll try it soon. Something bigger isn't working though, because even when I pull out the light switch to turn them on the light for them doesn't turn on.

Heeey. I sat idly by for like 4.5 of those months and did nothing to get this going. Don't judge.. Hahaha jk. I'll get it one of these days, and maybe my struggles will help another 05+ V6 owner one day.

I put like 20 pictures up of the process a page back. It just seems like I'm missing something, like there should've been more to install.. Oh well, when I figure it out I'll let you guys know!
