Question egr removal on 4.6L

Has anyone removed their egr on a 4.6L. Just wondering if there were any gains to be made. Any driveability issues? We dont have emmisions testing in SK so it wouldn't matter here. I've ordered an edelbrock manifold for my car and I'm not sure if it even has provisions for egr. Any thoughts at all?

i looked in to that because egr's on older cars are power robbers. Theres no power to be had from it on a street car like ours, i have read that it will run a little rough and your gas milage will suffer a bit. go to moddedmustangs.com and do a search on it you'll find everything you need.

can't seem to find the article, but I did find a really cool article on tinting tailights for about 30$! I wonder if you put a breather on the valve covers if that would alleviate those problems. if you just took the egr off I guess you wouldn't have any crankcase ventilation.

<<<no egr here, and no fuel mileage problems, but then again my mileage is only calculated 1/4 mile at at time...lol, had no issues after I removed it when it was still on street..
